RETURNS POLICY
SALE/ OUTLET ITEMS
- Products discounted 50% and more are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Sale items reduced from their original full price by less than 50% and not marked as “Final Sale” in T&C specific to a particular promotion can only be returned for store credit. Items marked "Final Sale" and/or reduced by 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please contact us at hello@minkpink.com to lodge a return request for sale items eligible for a store credit.
RETURNS FOR BIKINI SETS
Some of our bikinis are sold as sets, but you can still mix and match sizes to find your perfect fit. If you need to return an item from a set, both pieces must be returned together.
Need a different size for just one piece? No problem - simply email us at hello@minkpink.com to request an exchange.
CHECKOUT+ Redo (AU Customers Only)
If you opted-in to Checkout+ (Redo), your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for a cheaper return rate. If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal here.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM STOCKISTS
- Please note that this returns policy applies to purchases made online through the official MINKPINK website (www.minkpink.com) only. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from stockists. This includes faulty items.
- If you purchased your MINKPINK item/s from an official stockist, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly.
GARMENT CONDITIONS
- Returned items must not be worn, used, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging. All original tags, labels and swimwear hygiene stickers must still be attached.
- All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the item price via your original payment method or we will issue you a credit note.
- If we receive a returned item that does not adhere to the returns policy below, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH CREDIT NOTE OR GIFT CARD
- If you purchased your full-price item with a credit note or gift card, you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the purchase price of your item/s.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- All return postage costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, not as ordered, or is deemed faulty - in which case you must first contact us at hello@minkpink.com.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The items you choose to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit or incorrectly addressed by the customer. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.
- Please note the return shipping address is to Australia.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt to the payment method used for the order. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- PayPal refunds clear almost immediately, while credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
AFTERPAY, ZIP PAY & KLARNA
- All full-priced items purchased with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers Afterpay, Zip Pay or Klarna are eligible to be returned.
- If a standard refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted/cancelled, and any completed instalments will be refunded to you by the payment platform minus original shipping charges.
- If a credit note has been issued, your original payment schedule with the payment platform will continue until all instalments are completed.
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return a full-priced item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size/style.
FAULTY ITEMS
- If you believe your item purchased directly from this website (www.minkpink.com) is faulty, please submit a request through our customer portal.
- If the item is deemed faulty, we will ask that you return the item to us and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Upon receipt of your returned faulty item we will issue a refund or credit note to the value of the item.
- We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
- If you purchased your item/s from a stockist, please contact them directly for further instructions.
